Refund Policy
Last updated: September 25, 2026
1. 14-day refund window
If you are not happy with a purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the payment date. This applies to subscription payments (Indie, Creator) and to credit packs.
2. Who processes refunds
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all Clipbeat orders. Paddle handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
3. How to request a refund
Email hello@clipbeat.app from the address you use for Clipbeat and include the date of the purchase (or the Paddle receipt / order number). You can also reply to your Paddle receipt email or use the link in it to contact Paddle directly.
4. Credits and partial use
- For credit packs, we may deduct credits you have already used from the refund, or remove the unused credits from your balance when the refund is issued.
- Free welcome credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
- When a subscription payment is refunded, the plan returns to Free and any benefits of that billing period end.
5. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel any time in Settings → Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not trigger a refund — request one as described above if you are within 14 days.
6. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under consumer protection law in your country. See also our Terms of Service.
